Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders are processed immediately, and we do not offer cancellation or changes after confirmation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not provide barcodes or return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on sealed perfumes if the seal has been broken after delivery.
We also do not accept returns on personal care items that have been unsealed after delivery.
All other products — including clothing and eyewear — can be returned in accordance with our return policy, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to the address provided above.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed perfumes that have been opened after delivery

Sealed personal care items that have been unsealed after delivery
Discounted or sale items can be returned under the same conditions as regular items, unless they fall under the exceptions listed above.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
